Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. Within 48 hours, cancellations are refunded 50% to cover prep and scheduling. Once bins are delivered the rental is non-refundable, but you can extend anytime at $10/day. If you're outside our service area and we can't deliver, you get a 100% refund. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Usually yes. A 2 Bedroom cardboard move costs $80–$130 in boxes and tape — then you still have to break them all down. Our 2 Bedroom package is $169 plus Florida sales tax, and that covers delivery, pickup, and zero cleanup.
Normal wear and minor scuffs are expected — no charge. These bins are industrial grade and built for real moves. If a bin is cracked, broken, or missing at pickup, a replacement fee applies per the rental agreement ($40 per bin, $80 per dolly). Everything is spelled out up front — no hidden fees, just sales tax at checkout.
Just let us know before your pickup date. We'll extend the rental at a flat $10/day rate — no hassle, no penalty. We work around your schedule.
Please have all bins emptied, stacked, and accessible on your scheduled pickup day. If we arrive and the bins aren't ready or accessible — or no one's available to release them — a $50 failed-pickup fee applies. We'll always send a courtesy reminder first, so it's easy to avoid.
Yes — every bin is sanitized and inspected before delivery. They arrive stacked, clean, and ready to pack. You'll never get a bin that looks or smells used.
No you do not need to be home. Delivery windows start as early as 5am, and we'll drop your bins at the door, garage, or wherever you tell us in your booking. Your rental agreement is signed digitally ahead of time through the link we email you, so there's nothing to sign in person.
Yes — we deliver and pick up anywhere that makes sense and is safely accessible, including front doors, garages, driveways, apartments, condos, townhomes, and upper floors. Just flag any gate codes, elevator requirements, or access notes in your booking and we'll plan around it.
Yes — we offer 10% off for military, first responders, teachers, and students. Just mention it when you book or in your quote request and we'll apply it.
